Your site must be on a top level domain. Sites hosted on a free server with a domain like freeserver.com/yoursite will not be accepted.

You cannot write the title and the description of your site using all caps.

The submitted URL must lead directly to your site. No redirects are allowed.

You may not artificially inflate traffic to achieve a higher ranking.
